Cooling that is designed, not guessed

Fit-outs, villas and majlis
We deliver ductwork, split and VRF systems, FCU and VAV modifications on chilled-water buildings, fresh air and extract, controls and BMS interface points. On fit-outs the HVAC package sits inside the same contract as ceilings and partitions, so duct routes are coordinated with firefighting and lighting rather than discovered on site.
Working around occupancy
Chilled-water isolations are agreed with building management and kept short. Unit changeovers in villas and offices are staged so cooling is maintained, with temporary units during summer where the programme needs them.
Commissioned and documented
Every package closes with balancing and commissioning reports, equipment warranties and as-built information. If you hold an annual maintenance contract with us, the same records feed the service schedule.
