BeavCon Building Contracting L.L.C ("BeavCon", "we") is the controller of the personal data you submit through https://www.beavcon.net. This page explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you enter in BuildScope, the site-visit and tender forms: name, company, email, phone, preferred contact method, project location and scope, and any notes.
• Files you upload (BOQs, drawings, photos, tender documents). Executable files are rejected.
• Technical data needed to prevent abuse: a hashed IP address and browser user agent stored with each submission.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics 4) only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie notice.

Why we use it

Files and details are used only to prepare your quotation, arrange site visits and respond to tender invitations. We do not sell or share them with third parties beyond the service providers that host our website, storage and email.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database and R2 object storage) and notification emails are sent from BeavCon's business email service. Access is restricted to BeavCon staff who need it to prepare your proposal.

Retention

Enquiry records and uploaded files are retained for as long as needed to prepare and follow up your proposal and for our commercial records, after which they are deleted on request or under our retention schedule.

Cookies

The site sets no analytics cookies until you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie notice link in the footer.
