BuildScope submissions
Submitting an RFQ, site-visit request or tender invitation creates a reference number and an obligation on BeavCon to review the enquiry; it does not create a contract. You confirm that you have the right to share any files you upload and that they contain no malicious code.
Response targets
Response times stated on this site, including the target of a qualified proposal within 48 hours for standard packages, are targets and not guarantees. Larger or consultant-led scopes are given a date at the site assessment.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs and design on this site belong to BeavCon or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
